Packhouse
Measure the rate at which employees pack individually or per team. Setup each client and line item and compare what has been packed against all your orders.
Getting started:
Configuration
Head over to Management, Packhouse.
Creating a new Client or Group
Navigate to the Groups tab and click on “Add”. All line items are defined per group. Groups can be used for clients i.e. Spar, Pick ‘n Pay, Freshmark etc.
Create a new Packhouse Item
A packhouse item is defined by a combination of item unit and factor as well as packaging unit and factor. Here follows examples on how to define a new packhouse item:
The item packed is a 600g bag of Green Beans. 20 of the bags are packed into one crate for Spar.

The item packed is 1 broccoli head per pan. 8 pans go into one crate when packaged for Pick ‘n Pay.

Data review
Head over to Data review, Pack Items. All created items on the device can be reviewed here.
Dashboard
Head over to Dashboards, Packhouse. For each day you will be able to view all the packed items. If there is an order for a line item, the remaining amount of units will be overlaid in light green. If the amount of items packed is more than the order, it will be indicated in blue.

Android Application
To add a pack item, follow the instructions on the following video below. If a specific produce is planted on an area, there is an optional field where you can select the block.
Reports
Harvesting – Block Lifetime
Select a block or a sub block and view all the activities performed as well as daily harvest totals.
Clocks & Activities – Activity Block
View all activities grouped by block for a specified duration.
